Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Lead Aircraft Fueler at Dallas Love Field to oversee fueling/defueling and aircraft servicing, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will lead fueling activities, ensure adherence to health and safety policies, and train staff while upholding the company’s standards across the airport operations. This is an on-site role at Dallas Love Field.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid US driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment color vision test.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must pass background check and obtain US Customs seal.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members while performing fueling/defueling services safely and efficiently.
• Operate fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft.
• Train employees during on‑the‑job or airline-specific training.
• Perform daily quality control checks on equipment.
• Assist Fuelers to ensure safety and professionalism per standards.
