Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an aircraft fleet support or engineering role, ideally within the Avionics industry.
• Ability to address and troubleshoot problems associated with aircraft-based equipment.
• Experience with avionics and flight systems.

Responsibilities

• Support systemic aircraft issues related to the Intelsat airborne system.
• Lead cross‑functional teams on triaging system interaction issues.
• Collect data and generate metrics on reported and resolved issues.
