Cirrus is seeking an Exterior Finisher Trainee in Duluth, MN to learn finishing tasks for aircraft delivery. You will prep surfaces, apply primer, sand and polish, and perform final detail work to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include masking, sealing, vinyl stripe installation, basic assembly, and post-paint finishing. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and reliable work habits; familiarity with finishing or painting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply cosmetic sealants and install vinyl stripes as needed.
• Assist with assembly of parts and hardware per drawings.
• Perform final detailing and inspections before delivery.
