Operates manually controlled gasoline, electric, or liquid propane powered material handling equipment (MHE) to load or transport goods and materials to/from a C-130J Fuselage Trainer (FUT). This includes forklifts, k-loaders, or other approved MHE. Organizes and secures loads to pallets, platforms, skids, or other lifting devices. Performs routine inspections of MHE, reports damages or safety hazards, and completes required training. Tasks involve pushing and pulling pallets weighing from 100 lbs to 13,000 lbs, and lifting trailers/equipment onto vehicles, requiring bending and stooping. Contact with floor rollers is common.
High School diploma required, with experience in MHE operations.
Work is performed on shop floors with risks like electrical shock, extreme heat, airborne particles, and loud noises.
Full-time, on-site at Little Rock, AR, working 40 hours/week, with possible evening/weekend hours and overtime as needed.
