Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an electrical technician to modify military aircraft, starting with the T6 modification team. The role involves on-aircraft modifications, harness work, wiring, and testing with OJT training.

Expect extensive travel and periodic supervision, with opportunities across airframes. A High School diploma and 3+ years wiring experience, US citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years professional wiring/aircraft experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Knowledge of wiring diagrams, schematics, and test equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-aircraft electrical modifications and harness installation.
• Follow engineering guidance, drawings and TCTO tasks.
• Assemble, test, and inspect wire terminations and harnesses.
• Document task records and maintain inventory of assets.
• Train and assist other technicians; work with minimal supervision.
