Job summary

V2X is seeking an AM II Egress Technician to diagnose, repair, and overhaul aircraft engines and egress systems, supporting O-Level maintenance and flight-line services. The role requires extensive CNAFINST 4790.2 experience, Navy Egress Class C training, and a DoD secret clearance, with restrictions on heavy lifting and compliance with safety standards.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and honorable military discharge.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Complete Navy Egress Class C school.
• 5 years USN/USMC/USCG CNAFINST 4790.2 maintenance support experience.
• 3 years T/M maintenance on specific aircraft hired to maintain.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible to qualify for and maintain a DoD secret clearance.
• Honorable discharge from military service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, or overhaul aircraft engines and assemblies, including egress systems.
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled O-Level maintenance on Egress and related systems.
• Support daily Flight Schedule with flight line services.
• Follow safety procedures and lifting requirements per OSHA standards.
