Job summary

AVFLIGHT CORPORATION is seeking a Line Services Technician at Avflight Akron-Canton in Canton, OH. This role involves fueling, de-icing, lavatory service, luggage handling, and overall ramp operations.

The position is outdoors in all weather conditions and may require extended hours, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience (aviation a plus), and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years related experience; aviation experience a plus.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid Driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directs aircraft and vehicle traffic on the ramp and around shops and hangars.
• Fuel aircraft, operate fuel trucks, and service ground support vehicles and equipment.
• Perform aircraft de-icing and de-ice fluid application.
• Check aircraft for ice and frost; ensure safe de-icing operations.
• Maintain safety and compliance with FAA and company policies.
