Qualifications

• Ability to type accurately at least 50 words per minute.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Capable of solving practical problems and using time efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to file paperwork alphabetically and numerically.
• Able to read, comprehend, and interpret documents for data entry.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Enters data for customer routine and non-routine cards, including discrepancies and corrective action.
• Ensures accurate accounting of documents in ATS and customer systems.
• Inter-files paperwork in various locations.
• Maintains sequence requirements for scanning documents and sending to customer.
• Disassembles paperwork for scanning, performs scanning basics and reassembles for shipping.
• Sets up preliminary items for data entry and scanned records for use in checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
