Dallas Aeronautical Services, LLC is seeking an Aircraft Composite Technician for the 2nd shift in Cedar Hill, Texas. You’ll join a team responsible for composite parts and assemblies and ensure work complies with FAA guidelines. Lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, bending, and climbing are part of daily tasks.
Qualifications include a high school diploma; a valid driver's license; 0–5 years for Journeyman or 5+ for Master level experience in composites. Travel not required.

What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education :
A High school diploma or equivalent. Airframe and Powerplant License is not required, but welcome. Avalid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
Your Experience :
Journeyman: 0-5 years of experience as composite technician
Master: 5+ years’ experience as a composite technician
Your Initiative:
We’re looking for team players who are self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.
Your Sense of Responsibility:
Attend work every day as scheduled; opportunities to work overtime as workflow permits
Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.
Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
Maintain customer oriented work habits.

Physical Requirements
Lifts 50 lbs.

Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
Climb ladders and stairs, work in small restricted areas
Standing for long periods of time.

Troubleshoot or evaluate system operation.

Supervision
Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in controlled environments in industrial warehouses
Multiple Departments to include : Teardown/Evaluation, Nacelles, Composite
Equipment Used
Personal hand tools supplied by the mechanic.
Pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment.
