Job summary

D&D Enterprises in the United States invites you to join a team focused on quality and safety. The TCI Specialist Mechanic performs teardown of in-house engine types, propellers, and aircraft components to their lowest unit part numbers, following manuals, IPCs, and guidance from the TCI Manager.

You will clean, inspect, and sequence materials for stock, mentor fellow mechanics, and ensure proper FOD control.

Qualifications

  • Heavy mechanical and/or technical background preferred.
  • 3+ years of aircraft, engine, automotive repair, or related industry experience required.
  • FAA A&P license preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply aircraft manuals, drawings, and prints.
  • Proficient with AVSIGHT ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble units using manuals, tooling, and approved processes.
  • Read and follow maintenance manuals and technical guidance.
  • Maintain safety protocols and TCI shop procedures.
  • Tag materials to prevent cross-contamination across work orders.
  • Schedule work to keep materials stocked and processed.
  • Maintain FOD control and a clean, organized workspace.
  • Mentor fellow TCI mechanics in required skills.
  • Interpret data and apply inspection requirements.
