You will disassemble aircraft engines, clean and prepare components for inspection, and support maintenance and repair processes with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of engine components.
• Proficiency with hand tools, hoists, and cleaning systems.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble aircraft engines and components for inspection or overhaul.
• Clean and prepare engine parts using solvent/soap washing and blasting methods.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cleaning equipment.
• Follow technical manuals, detailed work instructions, and all safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify, document, and report damaged or worn parts for evaluation.
• Stage parts for inspection and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow.
