Job summary

Goodwin in Columbus, OH is seeking a Charter Sourcing Specialist to own trips end-to-end, from initial sourcing to completion. You will actively manage each trip, ensuring fast, accurate quotes by partnering with brokers and operators.

As the expert on aircraft and Part 135 feasibility, you will communicate relentlessly, handle urgent requests, and maintain all details in our CRM. You will collaborate with sourcing, broker, and ops teams to ensure seamless trip execution and continuously

Qualifications

• 1+ year charter sourcing experience or related role.
• Experience calling on Part 135 operators preferred.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Familiarity with aircraft specifications and fleets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Ideally 1+ year of experience in charter sourcing, with experience calling on Part 135 operators to secure aircraft and pricing. Existing operator relationships are a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Clear communicator confident on phone calls and emails
• Strong understanding of aircraft specifications, fleets, and Part 135 feasibility, or eagerness to learn
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented
