Job summary

Avflight Grand Rapids seeks a reliable team member to prepare and deliver aircraft catering carts and on-board amenities for scheduled flights. You will drive to aircraft, stock carts, and ensure safe handling of food and goods while complying with FAA and airport rules.

Qualifications include strong communication, ability to lift 50 lbs, English literacy, a HS diploma or GED, and willingness to work varied hours including weekends. A valid driver's license and work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Prepare catering carts/bins with beverages, snacks, and ice for flights.
• Drive the truck to aircraft and deliver stocked carts to the plane.
• Unload and remove empty carts; assist with loading/unloading of aircraft.
• Maintain safe, courteous service and follow FAA/airport regulations.
• Inventory supplies and complete required reports; communicate with airline staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and work across shifts, including weekends.
