Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Appleton is seeking a Cabinet Finisher I for the weekend shift in the finish shop. Under direct supervision, you will learn and perform basic cabinet finish preparation and application processes from design drawings.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers on-the-job training, safety-oriented work, climbing ladders, lifting up to 40 pounds, and opportunity to grow into more advanced technician levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; wood finishing or auto body experience preferred.
• Technical Certificate in cabinet making or youth apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read design/engineering drawings and follow instructions.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 40 pounds; weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn entry-level cabinet finish prep and application under supervision.
• Use standard materials and tools to prepare and finish furniture.
• Track parts demand and sign off on completed work in the system.
• Follow safety, 5S and housekeeping policies; protect aircraft interior.
