Job summary

PCI Aviation, LLC seeks an Aircraft Avionics Analyst to join its Warner Robins, GA office. The role supports the engineering team, solves R&M issues on HH-60W, UH-1, TH-1 and MH-139 helicopters, and serves as SME for USAF helicopter avionics. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and travel to aircraft locations may be necessary.

The position is part-time and involves researching avionics systems, drafting technical instructions, and providing solutions to EST requests with little guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in helicopter R&M support.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Government technical writing and editing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Apply system engineering to integration, config management, QA testing and resource management.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and customers to resolve R&M problems.
• Perform avionics data trend analysis, FMEA updates and PM package tasks.
• Research avionics components using FEDLog, A-Team, REMIS, EDIS, and manuals.
• Develop drawings, schematics, BOMs, TDPs, procedures and design docs.
• Identify and implement fixes for system deficiencies with data to support changes.
• Investigate system failures, modification needs, parts replacement and standards.
• Draft and submit reports and change requests; present findings as needed.
