Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Electrical Technician A for the H125 Final Assembly Line in Columbus, MS. The role involves configuring and testing complete electrical systems on aircraft and diagnosing issues on avionics and related components.

The position supports bonding checks, use of aviation tools, and interpretation of blueprints and service manuals. On-site work with potential for development opportunities within Airbus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience assembling/installing electrical/electronic components, preferably on aircraft.
• Avionics and cabling class is desirable.
• A current A&P license is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with common aviation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Configure and conduct operational checks of complete systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions or failures and perform adjustments, repairs or replacements.
• Perform bonding checks of electrical installations.
• Use standard and specialized tools to complete work.
• Work from blueprints, sketches, manuals to meet specs.
