Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama, seeks an ADU - Automatic Drilling Unit Technician to support the setup, repair, and implementation of drilling fixtures and templates on the A320/A220 lines.

You’ll work closely with production teams to meet quality and schedule goals. This entry-level to mid-career role requires a high school diploma and 3 years in industrial maintenance or related field; certificate holders may be considered in lieu of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or related mechanical/technical field.
• A vocational/technical certificate may substitute for experience at entry level.

Responsibilities

• Set up, repair and implement ADU equipment per Airbus best practices.
• Oversee qualification of ADUs and support entry into service.
• Adjust ADUs, cutting tools and drilling templates.
• Provide instruction to Airbus employees using ADUs.
• Maintain and repair ADUs; perform other duties as assigned.
