Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Accessory Shop Technician responsible for maintenance and repair of aircraft components, following manufacturer manuals, SkyWest GMM, and shop protocols to ensure flight safety.

You will keep your work area clean and safe, maintain tools and equipment, and wear proper eye and ear protection. Must be able to work four 10-hour shifts, overtime as needed, pass background checks, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret maintenance manuals.
• Proficiency in reading/writing English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
• Willingness to work four 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work safely and methodically in a maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair aircraft components per manufacturer manuals and SkyWest GMM.
• Keep designated work area orderly and hazard-free.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean, safe, and functional at all times.
• Wear eye and ear protection as required during tool use.
• Be available for any shift and overtime when necessary.
