Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking an Accessory Shop Technician for the 206 Crew to inspect and maintain the appearance of aircraft cabin interiors. The role includes component replacements and maintenance per the SkyWest GMM, under Maintenance Department supervision, with a focus on flight safety.

The position is full-time, night shift, and DOT safety-sensitive; a valid driver's license, English fluency, and mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid, state-issued, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Mechanical experience and/or aptitude required.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift, including four 10-hour shifts; weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the appearance of aircraft cabin interiors.
• Perform component replacements and maintenance on appearance-related items.
• Follow SkyWest General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and directions of the Maintenance Department.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the SkyWest GMM.
