Job summary

Sugared is seeking an Airbrush Technician to deliver high-quality tanning services in a fast-paced spa environment. You will be trained through a paid program and work within a supportive team dedicated to exceptional client experiences.

Expect to greet clients, perform services, educate on products and care, and maintain a clean, welcoming space. Positions offer both Part-Time and Full-Time schedules with steady client flow, opportunities for growth, and compensation that includes hourly pay

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes.
Experience with customer service and client care is valued.

Responsibilities

Perform airbrush tanning services.
Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
Learn and maintain knowledge of Sugared services, memberships, and product lines.
Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before/after care.
Maintain cleanliness of lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
