Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED in Austin, TX is hiring Airbrush Technicians to deliver our signature tanning services and educate clients on our products. You will receive paid training and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment alongside a supportive team focused on exceptional client experiences.

Roles include performing airbrush tanning, guiding clients through bookings, and maintaining clean, stocked spaces. All training is provided; both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with

Qualifications

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes at a time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform airbrush tanning services.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
