Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is hiring Airbrush Technicians to deliver bronzing services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will receive paid training and work with a supportive team dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling with 7-hour shifts (part-time and full-time), high client volume, and opportunities for growth as we expand to new locations. Benefits include 401(k) matching and healthcare for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain posture.

Responsibilities

• Perform airbrush tanning services.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and aftercare.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
