Job summary

Leidos' Integrated Airborne Solutions is seeking a Field Service Representative to support on-site and remote mission equipment at the Bridgewater, Virginia office. The role spans multiple manned ISR platforms across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Ideal candidates have experience with Full Motion Video, Video Distribution, Tactical Radios, and IT principles, plus DoD 8570/8140 IAT/IAM Level II or higher, and a current Security+. Willingness to travel and obtain required clearances is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years' relevant experience in Networking, VMware, or Microsoft servers.
DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IAM Level II or higher.
General IT knowledge and ability to identify issues.
Willingness to travel to CONUS and OCONUS as required.
Current Security+ certification (or within 6 months).
Current SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS.

Responsibilities

Will collect, maintain, service, troubleshoot, test and compile technical data for mission equipment and GFE.
Implement configuration management, safety and quality assurance processes.
Maintain Tactical communications system suites and conduct network troubleshooting.
Engineer, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot networks including encryptors, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Develop, maintain and troubleshoot on-site Sensor Integration Lab (SIL).
Perform software patching and troubleshoot Microsoft and Linux products.
