Job summary

Andromeda Systems Incorporated seeks a full-time electrical engineer to support DoD aircraft platforms. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and testing airborne Electronic Warfare systems under senior guidance. Onsite in Jacksonville, FL, not remote eligible.

Responsibilities include developing EW subsystems, analyzing requirement data, and conducting flight and lab tests while collaborating with senior engineers to deliver robust system architectures. A TS clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET).
• Strong knowledge of electronics with RF DSP and antenna theory.
• Ability to plan and manage development projects from concept to completion.
• Effective communication within a high-performing team and precise technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electronic warfare systems for airborne platforms.
• Execute R&D programs related to RF systems and Electronic Countermeasures.
• Analyze system requirements, threat data, and platform specifications to create engineering solutions.
• Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications and determine project requirements.
• Conduct and lead system and subsystem testing including lab, ground, and flight tests.
• Provide in-service engineering support for EW/RF systems including troubleshooting and reliability analysis.
• Evaluate system performance and implement design improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to meet objectives.
