Job summary

Diamondback America is seeking an Airboats Assembler in Florida to assemble airboats from start to finish. You will install engines, drive units, radiators, pipes, bilge pumps, and hoses, while coordinating with teams on part priorities. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and hands-on work with hand and power tools.

The position operates on a first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

JOB TITLE: Airboats Assembler

JOB SUMMARY

The Airboats Assemblers are responsible for assembly of the airboat from start to finish.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
• 2+ years of experience working with hand and power tools

CORE DUTIES

• Install engines, drive units, radiators, pipes, bilge pumps, and hoses onto airboats
• Communicate with teams on priorities and quantities of parts
• Maintain a clean and safe assembly area

HOURS

• 1st shift position
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Overtime as needed

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
