Job summary

P.E.E.C.E. LLC manages several Airbnb properties throughout the DC area. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented associate to service our Airbnb properties between guest stays. The ideal candidate is punctual, efficient, and takes pride in delivering a spotless, welcoming environment.

This part-time contract role requires up to 5 days per week, 3–6 hours per day, between 10 am and 5 pm, with weekends required and travel between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or hospitality experience preferred
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Detail-oriented with organization, time management, and multitasking
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all rooms, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas
• Change bed linens, wash linens and towels, and restock essentials (toiletries, paper products, etc.)
• Take out trash and recycling
• Sweep front and back entry stairs as needed
• Report damages or missing items
• Complete the supply checklist and notify us of any necessary supplies or repairs
• Reset door code as needed
• Ensure the space meets Airbnb’s cleanliness standards and is guest-ready at all times

• Ability to Stand for extended periods, bending, climbing stairs

Supplies & Equipment

• Company provided cleaning supplies, tools, and protective gear

Scheduling

• This job requires up to 5 days, 3-6 hours per day, between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm.
• Work days are determined based on reservation bookings
• Weekends required (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
