CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Air & Vacuum Machine Service Tech to service and repair Air Vending machines across the Arizona market. You will travel from home to job sites, perform maintenance, install and fix equipment, and ensure reliable operation.

Ideal candidates bring electrical repair experience, ability to read schematics, use multi-meters, lift up to 100 lbs, and enjoy hands-on field work with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Experience in electrical repair and reading schematics.
• Experience with multi-meters and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to lift 80-100 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, install and repair Air Vending machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize service calls.
• Use multi-meters and schematics to diagnose problems.
• Maintain stock of parts in the service vehicle.
• Instruct customers on safe and effective use of CSC appliances.

Air & Vacuum Machine Service Tech

Service Area

This role requires travel throughout the Arizona market, including the ability to stay in a designated location for up to one week at a time based on business needs. All company-related travel expenses are covered.

As a CSC Air & Vacuum Service Tech, you will provide routine maintenance, install and repair on our Air Vending machines. You’ll service CSC equipment using your assigned company vehicle, heading directly from home to your first job site. From motor repairs to fine-tuning compressors, this is the perfect role for the mechanically minded who enjoy keeping things powered and pressurized.

Our technicians don’t just install, repair and maintain the machines, they also service the payment technology that powers every transaction. If you’re hands-on, tech-savvy, and take pride in keeping both equipment and technology running smoothly, this role is for you.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and technological issues, performing proactive maintenance to ensure machines operate reliably and minimize future service calls.
• Conduct compressor and motor repairs, leveraging your electrical experience and proficiency with low-voltage systems.
• Use multi-meters and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a stock of parts in your company vehicle, ensuring readiness to complete repairs on the spot.
• Instruct customers and clients on the safe and effective use of CSC appliances and equipment.
• Test equipment thoroughly to ensure functionality before leaving the service site.
• Keep delivery locations clean and safe—an essential part of our Best-In-Class service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to maintain high service standards.
• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• Valid Driver's License & Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Electrical experience, including compressor and motor repair.
• Proficiency with multi-meters and reading electrical schematics.
• Experience with low-voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull 80-100 lbs and use fine motor skills daily.
• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related mechanical/electrical field preferred.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to maneuver and repair heavy equipment in varied environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related).
• Long distance driving history, OSHA10, Basic plumbing and electrical skills are a PLUS!
