Job summary

Optechs Inc. is seeking an Air Transportation Data Analyst 1 to provide SME-level support for AMC airlift operations and RMRC tools. The role focuses on maintaining manifesting applications, optimizing workload, and ensuring visibility of in-transit assets across worldwide operations.

The candidate should have extensive USAF Aerial Port experience, be proficient with GATES, ITV systems, and associated data tools, and hold an associate degree with preference for logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of USAF Aerial Port, Air Mobility operations and transportation workflows.
• Proficient with GATES and capable of troubleshooting manifesting and ITV data flows.
• Experience with passenger service operations, screening and CIC protocols.
• Familiar with TWCF, air billing, and general data reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cargo/passenger screening and manifesting apps for AMC Aerial Ports.
• Apply USAF transportation SME knowledge to resolve data and GATES issues.
• Support data collection, analysis, and records across global operations.
