Job summary

Optimized Technical Solutions, Inc. seeks an Air Transportation Data Analyst 1 to provide expert support for RMRC operations and ITV visibility of real-world and exercise passenger/cargo movements.

The role requires 8+ years in Aerial Port/Air Mobility environments, strong GATES experience, and familiarity with ITV, manifesting, and passenger service procedures. Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of USAF Aerial Port, Air Mobility, (APS/AMS) or LRS cargo and passenger movement operations
• Proficient using the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)
• Familiar with ITV systems that support global AMC operations
• Skilled with Air Freight automated and manual manifesting requirements
• Experience with Passenger Service Operations including screening, manifesting, lost baggage, and CIC
• Knowledgeable of Over/Short Shipment Reports and GATES queries
• Understanding of Customs and Border Protection requirements for US flights
• Basic understanding of TWCF and Air transportation billing/reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Within the RMRC, the Air Transportation Specialist will maintain cargo/passenger screening and manifesting applications
• Apply USAF Transportation SME to resolve air manifesting and workload reporting issues
• Facilitate data collection, input, analysis, reconciliation, and record keeping for Air Terminal Reports globally
