Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Air Traffic Training Adaptation Specialist to support TFDM program offices and field facilities. The role includes delivering instruction during system deployment and coordinating between teams.

The position requires extensive air traffic operations expertise, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%. Remote work is possible when travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience (or higher degrees with adjusted experience).
• Extensive NAS air traffic modernization project experience.
• Knowledge of TFDM functionality and FAA procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the TFDM program office and field facilities prior to and during system installation.
• Facilitate activities and communication between TFDM staff and field facilities.
• Conduct instruction using validated TFDM Air Traffic training materials.
