Job summary

CI² Aviation, Inc. is seeking experienced Air Traffic Controllers to support non-approach control tower operations at Biggs Army Airfield in Fort Bliss, Texas. The role requires controlling aircraft from the Army fixed-base ATC tower with a dedicated assignment to the Tower.

Applicants must hold a CTO or ATCS card, maintain certifications, and meet security and medical standards. The position operates on a 24/7 schedule and is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years Army fixed-base ATC tower operational experience.
• Tower rating required before employment.
• Current CTO or ATCS certification before starting work and maintained throughout the contract.
• Credential documents: AC 8060-1 and FAA 7220-1 for Biggs Tower.
• CTO and medical certification by indoctrination phase.
• Ability to achieve Biggs facility rating/certification by training end.
• Army Class IV flight physical standards.
• Active SECRET (Tier 3) security clearance ( Interim SECRET acceptable temporarily).
• Valid U.S. state driver’s license for assigned duties.
• Authorization to work in the United States and satisfy installation access/background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Issue information, instructions, and clearances to ensure proper separation and sequencing of aircraft under tower control.
• Direct the safe and orderly movement of aircraft, vehicles, and pedestrians on the airfield movement area.
• Receive, post, and relay flight data, clearances, and operational messages.
• Assist with facility operations as directed.
• Complete required controller training and achieve facility rating/certification at Biggs ATC Facility by the conclusion of training.
• Maintain current professional certifications, medical qualifications, and required position currency.
• Perform duties in accordance with TC 3-04.15, AR 95-2, and other applicable regulations and procedures.
• Follow installation access requirements, security procedures, and CI² Aviation safety plan.
