Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering or related program.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate designs of a complex nature and conduct necessary research incidental to design.
• Complete design projects through planning, concept development, calculation, design analysis, packaging studies, testing and evaluation.
• Create CAD models and drawings using Windchill and Creo.
• Apply stress analysis and finite element analysis (FEA).
• Understand materials and manufacturing processes for vehicle chassis components.
• Develop and support DFSS activities like FMEA, DVP&R.
