Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in compressors, pumps, valves and expanders, and related instrumentation/electrical testing equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices for industrial gas environments and air separation principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret process instruments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant performance; monitor and adjust process parameters to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment upsets and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Read and interpret P&ID, electrical drawings, and process data to support operations.
• Maintain production records and QA documentation in compliance with FDA/OSHA/ISO.
• Collaborate with teams to implement productivity ideas and optimize plant performance.
