Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. in Middletown, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve plant performance. This is typically a non-shift position, with occasional off-hours as needed.

You will perform mechanical, instrument and electrical maintenance, read technical drawings, troubleshoot process upsets, and help ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA quality systems. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical industrial experience.
• 1–3 years with compressors, pumps, valves and expanders and instrumentation/electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and process/instrument drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust plant controls to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves and motors.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and Process & Instrument Drawings.
• Participate in updating QA and production records to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
