Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command in Biloxi, MS is seeking an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to manage the training program within the unit maintenance organization. The ART role encompasses OJT, formal school, ISD, and professional military education to keep personnel qualified and ready.

The position emphasizes developing and delivering training, coordinating ancillary programs, and forecasting training needs; telework is allowed and a Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the unit maintenance training program.
• Plan, direct, and oversee On-the-Job Training for maintenance group personnel (ARTs, reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers).
• Maintain automated training references and develop training forecasts.
• Conduct staff visits to organizations within units and manage ancillary training programs.
