Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or related field is required.
• At least 10 years of environmental consulting experience with project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of air emission methodologies and permits (PSD/Title V).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of air quality projects.
• Lead projects including PSD, Title V, and minor source permits.
• Develop new clients and expand work with existing clients.
• Coordinate project finances and schedule with the team.
• Act as project or client manager and support contract solidification.
