eTech Environmental & Safety Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Air Quality to join our Houston office as the technical lead for air permitting and compliance projects.

You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive the practice's growth across Texas and neighboring states. The role requires 5–10 years of air quality experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through permitting and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or closely related science discipline is required.
• 5–10 years of experience delivering air permitting and compliance support in oil & gas, power, or chemical manufacturing.
• Proven project management skills with experience leading staff to deliver projects.
• In-depth knowledge of air quality regulations, Title V permitting, NSR, PSD, and emissions standards.
• Experience with TCEQ air permitting and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the technical air-quality lead in Houston, guiding project delivery and mentoring staff.
• Manage air permitting and compliance projects from studies through construction and operations.
• Develop scope-of-work, proposals, and client-centric presentations to grow business.
• Prepare comprehensive permitting and compliance plans for construction and operation phases.
• Deliver NSR, PSD, Title V, and GHG permits and related emissions assessments.
