Job summary
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) welcomes an Air Quality Engineer to our Naperville, IL office to evaluate atmospheric emissions from proposed processes for state and federal permit applications.
You will perform engineering calculations, compile permit documents, meet with clients to collect project details, and communicate with agency personnel while evaluating control technologies for client facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Meteorology, or related fields.
- 0+ years' consulting, compliance, or industry experience.
- Experience with atmospheric emission inventory calculations and air permit applications.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and present information regarding atmospheric emissions for state and federal permit applications.
- Perform engineering calculations and compile permit documents.
- Meet with clients to obtain project information and coordinate with agency personnel.
- Evaluate control technologies for client facilities.
