Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing emissions inventories and air permit submissions; 5+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of LDAR regulations for natural gas processing plants.
• Experience interpreting agency rules, regulations and guidance.
• Familiarity with Clean Air Act and Title V requirements; proficient with emissions calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare air permits and compliance submittals.
• Track air quality regulations and advise management.
• Interact with federal, state, and local officials.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering and staff on programs.
• Travel up to 20% as needed; support emergency response and reporting.
