Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation in Arlington, VA seeks an Air Quality Managing Consultant to join Ramboll's Air Sciences Group within the Environment & Health division. You will lead projects on air permitting, emissions estimation, and regulatory compliance for chemical and pharmaceutical clients.

You will mentor staff, manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with agencies, and drive client deliverables while delivering high-quality environmental solutions in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in air quality permitting and compliance.
• Experience managing consulting assignments.
• Ability to manage client and regulatory relationships.
• Willingness to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare air quality permit applications.
• Conduct air permitting/compliance regulatory reviews.
• Manage projects and serve as technical lead overseeing staff.
• Maintain client relationships and develop deliverables to meet client needs.
• Interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations and communicate findings.
• Conduct site visits.
• Develop proposals for environmental compliance work.
• Manage technical, schedule and budgetary elements of projects.
