Torch Technologies in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Mid-Level Air & Missile Defense Radar Simulation Engineer/Analyst to join a growing defense team. You will work with real-time HWIL systems, tactical software, and digital radar representations to assess radar performance.

Requirements include US citizenship, ABET‑accredited engineering degree, 8+ years in radar data analysis, and a SECRET clearance. The role emphasizes scenario design, tool development, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM from ABET‑accredited college.
• 8+ years of radar sensor or system-level data analysis experience.
• Proficient in data manipulation, visualization, signal processing, electromagnetics or system engineering.
• Proficient in Matlab and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Work with real-time HWIL systems and radar simulations to analyze performance.
• Design scenarios and develop analysis tools for radar system evaluation.
• Advance understanding of acquisition, tracking, scheduling and discrimination functions.
• Contribute to a range of projects including performance analysis and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with a highly dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
