Job summary

Air Methods seeks exceptional rotor wing pilots to join Native Air in Deming, NM. The role offers a $50,000 annual stipend, 10% ACCRA, off-duty housing and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. 7 on/7 off (12-hour shifts) with FAR-compliant flight operations ensure safety and service to communities.

Qualifications include FAA certificates, 2000 total flight hours, 1000 PIC hours in rotor wing, and strong interpersonal skills. Benefits and relocation support are highlighted for a dedicated air medical team.

Qualifications

• 2000 total flight hours with minimum 1500 hours in category.
• 1000 hours PIC in rotor-wing category.
• 50 hours unaided night as PIC or 100 NVG hours.

Responsibilities

• Operates Air Methods aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
• Completes pre-flight checks and daily flight log sign-off.
• Maintains knowledge of aircraft and medical systems.
• Ensures documentation and flight planning are thorough.
• Participates in meetings, projects and community outreach.
• Regular attendance as an essential function.
