Job summary

Air Methods seeks exceptional rotor-wing pilots to join our Okmulgee operations. The role supports air medical transport 24/7, with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule and 12-hour shifts, in the EC130 (VFR) fleet tied to the Tulsa LifeFlight program.

Compensation includes a $25,000 stipend, off-duty housing, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Strong safety culture and career growth are emphasised within a values-driven, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2000 total flight hours with minimum 1500 in category
• 1000 hours PIC in category
• 50 hours total actual or hood instrument time in flight and in category
• Commercial and Instrument ratings required (FAA)
• ATP rating preferred for this role

Responsibilities

• Operates Air Methods aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
• Performs pre-flight checks and daily flight log sign-off.
• Maintains authority over aircraft operations and passenger safety.
• Familiar with aircraft/medical systems and supports medical crew.
• Completes required documentation and flight planning as needed.
