Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Express Operations to oversee warehouse and ramp operations for Express packages. This hands-on role ensures safety, security, quality, and customer satisfaction across all shifts while coordinating with internal and external partners and following corporate security and TSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and support staff to foster teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee Ramp and Warehouse Agents to ensure safety and SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with TSA, FAA and airport security regulations.
• Prepare and deliver operational reports and documentation for audits.
• Assist customer representatives with data for compliance reporting.
