Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Air Logistics Ramp Associate at our Seattle-area airport location to contribute to the timely delivery of Express packages by moving cargo between aircraft, warehouse, and trucks. The role involves cross-dock operations and working around aircraft in an indoor, open-air environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, reading off-load sheets, operating ramp equipment, and ensuring safe handling of heavy containers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• One-year experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load and unload air freight containers from aircraft within confined areas.
• Push, pull and position loaded air freight containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs.
• Removal of tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading.
• Read off-load sheets to determine destination of Express packages.
• Operate ramp equipment with weights up to 80,000 lbs in congested areas and around aircraft.
