Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
• 2+ years in freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics sourcing/operations with focus on Air Freight.
• Hands-on experience managing RFQ/RFP processes and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and supplier management for air logistics providers.
• Negotiate rates, capacity, and terms with airlines and forwarders; coordinate with Legal on agreements.
• Develop RFQ/RFP packages; manage quotations and competitive bidding events.
• Perform landed cost analyses and cost benchmarking for air freight.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to improve procurement processes.
