Job summary

Infinisource Consulting Solutions is seeking a CFD Training and Development Specialist (T&DS) to update course materials across multiple platforms, compile end-of-course data, and draft reports. The role requires proficiency with LMS platforms and government-grade tools, with direction from the Government lead.

You will ensure accurate data entry into CFD systems and maintain alignment with program requirements, supporting learning initiatives for Air Force training and development projects.

Qualifications

• Must have proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) including Air Force e-Learning, Blackboard or Moodle.
• Experience with virtual classrooms: Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Experience with DoD secure AI tools via GenAI.mil and related enterprise environments.

The CFD will update or provide updates to course materials on all platforms and modalities, compile end‑of‑course data and draft reports, as needed. Enter/edit information into platforms used by CFD as directed by Government lead.

4.0 QUALIFICATIONS

All qualifications must be clearly documented and verifiable within the resume or verified/addressed specifically by the company in writing. All contractor personnel assigned to this contract, regardless of specific labor category, shall possess and maintain operational proficiency in utilizing, managing, navigating, and supporting the baseline learning management systems, collaboration software, authoring tools, and authorized government platforms listed below as applicable to their specific roles and detailed qualifications in sections 4.1 through 4.6. If the Government adopts, transitions to, or mandates additional systems or platforms not currently listed during the period of performance, the Government will provide initial system access and orientation/training, and the contractor shall maintain operational proficiency on those systems as directed.
