Job summary

LMI is seeking a part-time Supply Chain RIPIT Subject Matter Expert to join a USAF-focused team at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA. The role analyzes logistics processes, reviews DoD systems, and develops procedures for ongoing and ad hoc analysis efforts.

The ideal candidate will have Air Force SCM experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate findings to government and industry leaders. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 8+ years Air Force SCM experience.
• Knowledge of Air Force logistics systems (SIRS/D200A, API/D200F, RIID/D200E, CSIS/D200N, SSIR/DD1000).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Superior written and verbal communication; client-facing aptitude.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess supply chain operations, identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Interface with Air Force Base customers to facilitate analyses.
• Evaluate alternative logistics concepts using supply chain theory.
• Analyze DoD logistics and supply chains; recommend policy/process improvements.
• Create and present briefings and reports for leadership and reviews.
• Identify new logistics business opportunities for LMI.
• Provide program management support and conduct research supporting logistics initiatives.
