Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking an Air Force Program Manager to lead significant PacStar programs, drive mission-critical initiatives, and guide proposals. This hybrid/remote US role requires a four-year degree, PM experience, and potential DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university, with 4+ years in project management or program management.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Prior engineering/operations experience with project/program management.
• Strong scheduling and change management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and drive mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in Air Force/Space Force programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program schedules, develop work plans, assign responsibilities, and provide status updates.
• Lead the development and prioritization of business requirements.
• Resolve a wide range of issues with practical, imaginative solutions.
• Create a change-management approach including documentation, training, and communications.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute routine and complex projects and programs.
• Prepare technical and management reports and submit to customers.
• Travel to customer and supplier sites to support execution and business development.
