DSD Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst to support Air Force Logistics IT modernization under the Log IT Portfolio, interfacing with HQ AF/A4 and SAF IT stakeholders.

This hybrid role includes up to 5% travel and requires translating executive ideas into executable plans across multiple organizations. The candidate should bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills, plus experience with IT systems, cloud initiatives, and portfolio management to advance

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Staff Action Officer at MAJCOM/COCOM or higher level Air Force/JCS staff a plus.
• 2+ years in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement.
• 7+ years Air Force Civil Service/US military IT experience a plus.
• Familiarity with IT fundamentals and cloud/portfolio management a plus.
• Experience with Air Force Logistics IT systems and the Log IT Portfolio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staff, coordinate, and drive actions across Air Force and DAF to on-time closure with minimal supervision.
• Drive Logistics IT modernization efforts focusing on cloud migration and modernization roadmaps.
• Develop and oversee IT transformation priorities and portfolio roadmaps.
• Support portfolio studies, build business cases, and advocate for IT infrastructure improvements.
• Engage with AF/SAF IT stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute portfolio initiatives.
• Create information briefs for senior leaders up to 3-star level.
